Penpath: One Line Puzzle Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 31, 2026. Last updated: October 31, 2026

Penpath is a one-line drawing puzzle made by Ozsly LLC ("we", "us"), publishing as Two Tone Arcade. It is available as an app for iPhone, iPad and Android (app ID com.ozsly.penpath) and as a web version. This policy explains what information the game uses and why.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, email, or any account, and there is no sign-in. Your level progress, stars, Daily Drawing streak, unlocked pen styles and papers, and settings (such as sound) are stored only on your device, or in your browser's local storage if you play on the web. We do not run servers that receive this data, so we cannot see it. It is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the site's data in your browser. Penpath works offline and does not need an internet connection to play.

Advertising

Web version: the Penpath game itself has no ads and no purchases. When you play it on the Two Tone Arcade site (twotonearcade.com), ads shown on the arcade page around the game are covered by the arcade's own Privacy Policy.

App: the app offers optional "Watch ad to unlock" buttons for pen styles and papers, served by Google AdMob. These ads only play when you tap to watch one, and every pen style and paper can also be unlocked by reaching a play goal instead. Hints are always free and never require an ad. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google's use of this data is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

On iPhone and iPad, the app asks for permission before ads can use your advertising identifier for tracking. If you say no, ads you choose to watch will not be personalized. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice any time under Settings, then Ad choices, which reopens the consent form.

Purchases

Penpath has no in-app purchases, in the app or on the web, and we never ask for payment details.

Crash and diagnostics data

Apple and Google may share anonymous crash reports with us if you have allowed this in your device settings. We use them only to fix bugs.

Children

Penpath is meant for a general audience aged 13 and over, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can turn off ad personalization, reset your advertising ID, skip the optional ads entirely, or uninstall the app at any time. To delete your game data, uninstall the app or clear the site's data in your browser; because it is stored only on your device, this removes it completely. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of data about you. Since we keep no personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you can email us at the address below and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
