Effective date: October 31, 2026. Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms are between you and Ozsly LLC, Minnesota, USA ("we"). By playing Penpath, in the app or on the web, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play Penpath on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, its drawings, art or sounds, except where the law allows it.
Penpath has no in-app purchases, in the app or on the web.
The app offers optional ads, provided by Google AdMob, that you can choose to watch to unlock pen styles and papers. The Penpath game itself shows no ads on the web; ads on the Two Tone Arcade page around it are covered by the arcade's own Privacy Policy. In the app, locked pen styles and papers can be unlocked by reaching a play goal (for example, finishing level 30) or by choosing to watch an ad. Watching an ad is always optional, and hints never require one. A pen style or paper offered for an ad unlocks once the ad has been watched to the end; if an ad doesn't load or is closed early, no reward is given. Once unlocked, it stays unlocked on that device. Pen styles and papers have no cash value and can't be traded. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Level progress, stars, Daily Drawing streaks, unlocked pen styles and papers, and settings are stored only on your device or in your browser. There are no accounts, so we can't recover them if you delete the app, clear your browser data or change devices.
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
